Quietly is built for UK GDPR. Your records are locked on your own device before they’re stored, they’re hosted in the UK and EU, and we collect only what we need to run your account. You stay in charge of your clients’ information; we simply look after it, scrambled, on your behalf. A data processing agreement is part of our terms.

As with any tool, your own record-keeping still matters, but Quietly makes the safe way the easy way.

On servers in the UK and EU. And because your records are locked on your device first, what’s stored there is scrambled. Nobody at Quietly or our hosting provider can read it.

No. Your notes, client names and everything clinical are locked with your passphrase before they leave your device. We don’t have your passphrase, so we couldn’t read them even if someone asked us to.

Use your spare key. When you set up Quietly, you’ll be given a spare key to print or write down and keep somewhere safe. It opens your records if you ever forget your passphrase.

We can’t reset your passphrase for you. That’s exactly what keeps your records private, so please do keep the spare key safe.

No. Quietly is for you, not your clients. They never log in or see your notes. The only thing they receive is the emails you choose to send, like a booking confirmation or a reminder, which include just their first name and the date, time and place.

Your records stay locked behind your passphrase, so a lost phone doesn’t mean lost privacy. Sign in on another device and remove the lost one from your account.

Everything you change is kept in Activity, so you can undo any step, even days later, and redo it if you change your mind. Undo a client you added and their sessions and payments go with them, and any emails that haven’t gone yet are stopped.

The one thing we never undo is something a client has already been sent, so nobody is left confused.

Yes. Bring your client list in from a spreadsheet (a CSV file, which Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets can all save) and check it over before anything is added.

Yes, on your phone, tablet and computer, and everything stays in step between them. You can also install it on your home screen so it opens like any other app. There’s nothing to download from an app store.

Quietly needs an internet connection to open and to keep your devices in step, so it isn’t an offline app.

Coming soon. For now, emails are sent for you from Quietly, showing your practice name, logo and sign-off, so clients know exactly who they’re from. Sending from your own address is built and will be switched on shortly.

Any time. Download everything from Settings (clients, sessions, notes and money) in a form you can open and keep. Your records are yours.

No. Start your 7-day trial with just an email address. You only add payment, inside the app, if you decide to keep Quietly.

If you haven’t added payment, nothing is lost. You can still open, read and download everything you’ve put in. To carry on booking and writing, add payment whenever you’re ready.
